Join Edinburgh garage punk three-piece Casual Drag as they storm The Mash House for a rare hometown headline show. Since their formation Casual Drag have quickly earned a reputation as one of the modern Scottish punk scenes must-see bands through a series of packed gigs throughout the nation. In addition to this Casual Drag boast a resume of well earned support slots with the likes of Joe Talbot (IDLES), Lice and Flatworms as well as airplay from BBC Introducing and BBC6. Opening the night are RMVR (pronounced remover), formed in the bowels of Edinburghs Cowgate, these local garage punks combine influences from punk and metal to reggae and jazz. With their debut single Silicone Faces out on the 20th of July, big things are on the way for these boys. FFO Iggy Pop, Viagra Boys and Warmduscher. On main support are Bernstrum & the Men. These psychedelic garage rockers from Dumfries have quickly made a name for themselves on the local scene since relocating to Edinburgh, with previous headlines at iconic venues such as Sneaky Petes, Hive, Banshee Labyrinth and The Mash House. Their debut single, Riverside, releases 31st of July so be sure to check it out!
