BVAC Classic - Festival of Motoring

Join us for The BVAC Classic Festival of Motoring, the premier classic car show in Scotland. This has been held annually at Thirlestane Castle for over 15 years and is organised by the Borders Vintage Automobile Club.

This festival of motoring attracts over 1,000 classic and vintage cars of all models and styles, plus motorcycle and military vehicle displays. This year's show will celebrate 60 years of the iconic Ford Mustang, with a fabulous castle front display of Mustang's old and new. In addition, visitors can enjoy live rally action, arena stunt shows, pipe band displays and a children’s play area, combined with plenty of retail, food and drink exhibitors, there really is something for all the family. Well behaved dogs are welcome to join in the fun as well!

Thirlestane Castle will also be open for free flow tours on the day.
