'Uncle Tom Cobley & All: a Celebration of Devon's folksong that conquered the Empire' with speaker and local historian, Dr Todd Gray

'Widdicombe Fair', with its story of Tom Cobley and friends travelling to Widecombe Fair, became Devon's most famous song and was popular throughout the Empire. Many dozens of variations were created and this illustrated presentation includes renditions of the most unusual and surprising versions.
