Hw Events Brighton are so excited to welcome one of the founding fathers of house music, Alex P, to our intimate little house party at Waterbear (Former Funky Buddha) next month!Alex has been at the forefront of exporting the late 80s Uk warehouse rave explosion over to the party island of Ibiza!! he also hosted tv shows on MTV & Kiss TV, as well as part owning the iconic Velvet Underground nightclub!
He's still going stronger than ever with regular appearances for Clockwork Orange, Cream & Centreforce Radio! He'll be showcasing his latest funky tech house grooves on The Waterbear's stunning Funktion 1 banging sound system til the wee hours!!We'll be kicking off the party from 10pm with guest DJ Charmain Love straight after our The Funk Phenomenon daytime party at Quarters Club next door ~ ft other special guest DJs tba! Its an intimate venue so tickets are limited & go live this Friday afternoon with exclusive early birds at a very affordable tenner only.
