Every first Monday of the month.If you have lost someone you love, you are not alone: Age UK’s Bereavement Support session can help support you.It is free and open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one, regardless of the amount of time that has passed since their loss.The group is confidential and offers participants the chance to talk about their feelings and experiences in a safe, sympathetic and friendly environment.
