What to bring with you to the session A bottle of water Warm blanket Wear comfortable cloths Ps: Come 10-15min before the time as sessions will start at 18.00 sharp.
Entry after this time will be impossible.
It is not recommended to eat right before the session.
Try to eat 2-3hrs before the session.
