Notting Hill Carnival

Held each August Bank Holiday since 1966, Europe's biggest street festival welcomes thousands of revellers to W11 with live entertainment including steel bands, soca and calypso music plus static sound systems playing reggae, R&B, funk, dub and house. Carnival bands take to the roads from around 9am on Sunday and Monday and the parade procession usually finishes around 7pm.
