Learning together: Under-2s at Best Start Family hub

This session is by Invitation only.The Learning Together Pre-School/Under 2s Programme is part of the Early Years Inclusion Pathway.

The programme consists of twelve play and learn sessions that provide an opportunity for parents and carers to play alongside their child and support their development in a safe and supportive environment.An allocated key person as well as Health and Early Education professionals will support parents and carers with individual activities to support their child's learning and developmentThis is an invitation only programme.

A referral to the Early Years Inclusion Pathway by a Health or Family Support professional is required.

Please speak to your Health Visitor or pop into a Family Hub and speak to a member of the Family Hub team.This is a Best Start in Life weekly session (term time only).When you see Helpful Hakim you can expect an activity to support children with learning and developmental delay or SEND.
