Teater Neuf International is proud to present (after three pandemic-thwarted attempts!) Oscar Wilde's classic comedy The Importance of Being Earnest. Responsible Jack wishes to marry Gwendolen; daft debonair Algernon pursues Cecily! Both pretend to be some guy named Ernest. Hilarity ensues! Earnest is a clever examination of marriage, morality, and class conflict in Victorian era, England – a satire which has inspired music, films and even operas for more than a century. Come to the Theatre and have a good laugh!
