Dear DION community, We would like to invite you to an exciting event: the Edible Plant Foraging Course! Want to learn more about what you can find, how to identify the different edible plants, and how to harvest them sustainably? Would you like to get some inspiration on how edible plants can be used in your cooking? Join this 3-hour guided foraging excursion where we will explore Trondheim’s coastline and answer those questions! Your guide will be Patrick Bösch, who is a certified Wild Edible Plants Expert and Mushroom Identification Expert and has been holding courses in Seaweed, Edible Plant and Mushroom Foraging since 2021.
